Monitor and enhance representation with civicX. Follow these steps to connect with our research team and establish a strategy for tracking representation:

Step 1: Click on "Engage Communities" in the Left Menu

Navigate to the left menu and click on "Engage Communities" to access engagement-related options.

Step 2: Click on "Connect Now" under "Track Representation"

Find the "Track Representation" section and click on "Connect Now" to initiate the process.

Step 3: Select a Date on Calendly

Choose a suitable date on the Calendly scheduling tool to meet with our research team.

Step 4: Send Everything You Have to Our Research Team

Before the scheduled meeting, compile and send any relevant information or materials you have to our research team and attach them in the Calendly tool while you’re scheduling the meeting.

Step 5: Meet Our Research Team

Attend the scheduled meeting to discuss your representation tracking goals and requirements with our expert research team.

In this meeting, you will set goals for community engagement and identify key engagement groups that ****you see as particularly impacted by the subject of the survey.

For example, if the topic of a survey is public transit accessibility, an important engagement group to target could be bus commuters, train commuters, and pedestrians that walk to work.

Step 6: Receive a Strategy

Our research team will collaborate with you and present a strategy tailored to your representation tracking needs.

Step 7: Approve the Strategy and Ready to Engage Communities

Once you've reviewed and approved the strategy, you're all set to engage communities.
