Step 1: Click on "Analyze Feedback" in the Left Menu

Navigate to the left menu and click on "Analyze Feedback" to access analysis-related options.

Step 2: Click on "Explore Now" in the "Audio Analysis" Section

In the "Audio Analysis" section, click on "Explore Now" to initiate the analysis of audio and video files.

Step 3: Select the Format of Your File

Choose the format of your file – MP3, MP4, or MA4 – for optimal analysis.

Step 4: Define Project Name and Upload Your File

Ensure a seamless upload by defining a project name and uploading your audio or video file.

Step 5: Select the Speakers to Exclude from Analysis

Specify speakers whose segments should not be analyzed for more accurate insights.

Step 6: Confirm

Review your selections and confirm to proceed with the analysis.

Step 7: Analysis Progress

The analysis will take a few seconds to minutes, depending on the file size.

You will be notified by email when the analysis will be complete.
