You can filter search results using the filters in the left-hand menu:
With the research bar
- Search word or expression in the analysis of your comments.
By Questions
- Filter response results according to a specific questions in the dataset. The text for these questions comes from either the 'Title' column of your imported data or the questions in your SMS survey. You can also edit the text on the Data tab.
By Sentiment
- Sentiment analysis is a feature that allows our system to automatically detect opinions in survey responses and label them as “Positive,” “Negative,” or “Neutral” :
- Positive: Most of the response leans positive.
- Negative: Most of the response leans negative.
- Neutral: The response doesn't distinctly lean positive or negative.
By Category

To sort your trends by type, we use The Dubois, our NLP text classifier. It puts your data into one of four categories: affect, behavior, condition, or solution.
You can find the important details for each category below and on your project dashboard:
- Affect - something that is done to someone
- Behavior - something that is done by someone
- Condition - something that is done to the environment
- Solution - a possible answer to a problem
By Top Trends
- The most frequently mentioned keywords in the data. It will help you to analyze responses by key words.
By Languages
- The languages used on the responses. It will help you to analyze responses by languages.
By Zipcode
- Zipcode mentioned by the respondents. It will help you to filter responses by geographical area.
