Adjust your subscription as needed with co:census. Follow these steps to suspend or cancel your subscription:

Step 1: Click on Your Profile Photo

Locate your profile photo at the top right of the page and click on it to access the account menu.

Step 2: Click on "Account Settings"

From the dropdown menu, select "Account Settings" to proceed to your account details.

Step 3: Navigate to the Plan Tab

Within the account settings, navigate to the "Plan" tab to view comprehensive details about your current plan.

Step 4: Cancel/Suspend My Subscription

To suspend your co:census plan, log into your billing portal and click "Pause Plan." Keep in mind that pausing your plan will automatically downgrade you to a Free plan with limited features. You can unpause your plan at any time using the same steps.

To cancel your subscription, email [email protected] with your company name and a request to cancel at least 30 days before your desired cancellation date.
